You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and fully transferable right to use, copy, modify, publish and display any content that you post or upload to our sites and to incorporate it in other works. You waive any moral rights you may have in such content.
You are aware that we do not control all user-generated content on our sites and that we are under no obligation to do so. However, we reserve the right to monitor such content and to modify, delete or move without notice any content that we deem unacceptable. The opinions expressed in the community areas of the site are those of private individuals and are not those of VGM, our affiliates, licensors or partners. We have neither approved nor verified the third party sites that may be linked to our sites and cannot in any way be held responsible for their content. Your use of such third party sites will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of such sites.
